農林水産省の蚕糸試験場（1911年〜1980年）の跡地につくられた公園。地下鉄丸の内線の東高円寺駅に隣接しています。正面入り口の門や管理事務所に、蚕糸試験場地代の歴史的な建築物をそのまま使用しています。
タジマタコスは、この正面入口のちょうど逆側にある公園出口に隣接しています。
